(Save it) Make sure to read this before new year

You have 1 days left before Christmas and hope you're excited about it, where I live we dont celebrate Christmas which is okay.

But what I like to do this time of year is to do Year Review and let me tell you it's kind of fun.

Here is what I want you to do:

Write down the main events that happened for each month

For example: In January it was my first time ever taking airplane (Best experience ever)

Also it's fine if there are months where nothing happened.

After you are done, you can pick 1 to 2 emotions where you felt for each month.

For example: The airplane experience was frightening yet exciting.

So far so good?

Last thing you can do is to go over what you wrote and describe who you were based on the events that happened.

I cant give you an example on that one because I still haven't finished all months, but in my next email I can share that with you.

Just a little disclaimer I didnt come up with this exercise, it's originally created By Nika from Sayheyhappiness on Instagram (Give her a follow)

Just before I finish off this email, if you're into new year resolution (hopefully in the right way)

Here are some resources that'll help you and they can also be a great Christmas gift.

It's been a while since I last sent an email and there is a good reason for that. What does your day routine looks like? Does it involve rushing to work? Or is it more peaceful and quiet one? Whatever the case maybe it's never too late. How you doing? Let's talk about money today. What I find most of the time that money topic is so sensitive to some people, especially with people who don't have that much of income every month. And this is very understandable. I used to feel this way to but then I realized it's not how much you make that will make you feel grateful, it's how you perceive that amount that counts. Some are grateful for whatever money that comes. And this has helped me in so many ways. But that's not the reason...
