If you have been reading my emails lately You probably by now know how to set goals and have a plan to achieve them.

And simply knowing all that is just not enough to make your goals happen.

I think if goals were easy then anybody would be doing everything, and that is not worth it.

So if you're wondering what you should do to achieve your goals.

Dont make these mistakes.

#1 Not having the right goal:
which means you have a goal just for the sake of having one, or because of your parents, or which a lot of people do is having goals because of their friends.

I know you want to fit in or it might feel you want it but if it's not for you, it's not for you.

#2 have so many goals:
I made this mistake myself and it's hard to catch yourself doing it.

Ask yourself what do you hope to achieve right now? If you cant get your mind with the right answer then you probably have so many goals.

Try to focus on 1-2 goals at a time.

#3 Not setting relatable goals:
Okay this one ties to the 2nd point and might seem contradictory.

When you're setting multiple goals make sure they're related somehow with the same end result.

Example of goal setting. (Excuse my terrible example)
Reading 10 Books a year and learn neuroscience is a good example.

They might seem unrelated but if the goal is to read 10 books then you can read books on neuroscience which is a double win.

#4 Your intention:

Raise your hand if you always say one day I'll _____ fill in the blank) 🙋‍♀️

This intention alone wont get you anywhere.

What you need instead is a direction to where you going and it's done by taking action, the right steps toward your goals.

#5 Asking the wrong questions:
Did you know that you can literally solve any problems or in your case achieve your goals by asking the right questions.

Let me explain your brain is super smart and its always looking for information and data around you, because that's how it's built.

But your brain is simple and will give you the exact same answer with the exact question you asked.

Example: instead of asking why cant I_____?
Ask How can I____?

Try it right now with the same question and see how your brain will answer the same question.

Okay, those were the most 5 common mistakes when you try to set goals.

I hope you enjoyed them.

It's been a while since I last sent an email and there is a good reason for that. How you doing? Let's talk about money today. What I find most of the time that money topic is so sensitive to some people, especially with people who don't have that much of income every month. And this is very understandable. I used to feel this way to but then I realized it's not how much you make that will make you feel grateful, it's how you perceive that amount that counts. Some are grateful for whatever money that comes. And this has helped me in so many ways. But that's not the reason...
